About me

I’m a 1987 born German with passion for Physics and Science in general.

Knowing that it was a small step to get passion for Music, Judo and Sailing as well. Music is one of the most beautiful parts in the world for me! Music can move your emotions from feeling good to feeling bad and back to good within one Song. A good DJ can control the emotion of 1000s of people no matter of cultre or origin. And so can do a Composer or Artist. Of course it is not easy and i’m not Ed Sheran or Paul McCartney but everyone started at the beginning. My beginning were the Keys. Thankfully my parents took care and decided that i had to learn how chords work and how they are played without thechnical help or automatics. From the beginning on i always tried to play Songs with different Rhythms. I even played „silent night“ with Rock and Polka Rhythms. To say it with the Words of John Miles:“Music was my first love, and it will be my last“

Going to Judo, it was more a love on a second try. But the more i got into the way Judo was invented and the more i got and also get into living Judo as a princip of kindness, respect and partnership Judo became a growing part of my life. Now i am even a teacher of Judo and i try to teach the students (from Kids to Adults) not only the technics of Judo i also want to teach them the lifestyle of Judo. In my opinion we will have a much better society if kindness, respect and partnership would be a Keyfactor in our education. And there i come back to Science. I was trained as a physics laboratory technican at the Forschungszentrum Jülich where about 2000 people from 100 different countries work toghether on the same problems hand in hand in kindness, respect and partnership. So i think if scientists can build bridges over borders, countries and even continents society can do the same!

Sailing was something different. My Grandpa sat my sister and me in a boat and started to sail with us. While my sister said „thats not my thing“ i went on and learned that strong rules and structures are important in some situtations. Kindness is not the way to choose if the direction of the wind changes and there is a boat on collision course. You need to have strong structures in situations like this. And the guy at the piller has to decide in seconds and everyone has to follow without any question. Kindness happens after crew and boat are safe back at the port/harbor. Then you have all the time to have fun talk and play music or have a party. As long as the boat is on tour you follow the instuctions of the captain or you give instructions to the crew.

Now you can choose, is this guy a stupid one dimensional physics nerd. Or am i a versatile interessted guy with interesiting hobbys moving around the same base. 🙂
